By accessing Redfox Reach or requesting an infrastructure audit, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Redfox Reach provides strategic digital infrastructure analysis. Our "Audits" are advisory. We do not guarantee specific rankings as algorithms are third-party controlled.

2. Intellectual Property

Client Assets: You retain ownership of your data.

Consultant Methodologies: Our custom frameworks remain our IP. You have a perpetual license to use reports for internal growth.

3. Limitation of Liability

Redfox Reach shall not be liable for indirect damages. Marketing involves risk; budget allocation is the Client's responsibility.

4. Payment & Engagement

Preliminary audits are complimentary. Strategic engagements require a Master Services Agreement (MSA).

5. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
