1. Nature of Services
RedFox Reach provides strategic digital infrastructure analysis. Our "audits" are advisory. We do not guarantee specific rankings, as search algorithms are third-party controlled.
2. Intellectual Property
Client assets: You retain ownership of your data.
Consultant methodologies: Working methods, processes and documents created during an engagement remain our IP. You receive a perpetual license to use delivered reports for internal growth.
3. Limitation of Liability
RedFox Reach shall not be liable for indirect damages. Marketing involves risk; budget allocation remains the client's responsibility.
4. Payment & Engagement
Preliminary audits are complimentary. Strategic engagements require a Master Services Agreement (MSA).
5. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
6. Data Handling
All personal data submitted through this site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
