Five disciplines, one operating system — with honest lines around what's in-house, what's outsourced, and what's in training.
Nearly four years in B2B — HR & staffing tech, now pharma marketing consultancy — means I've diagnosed the infrastructure gaps that kill organic momentum. Search engines can't rank what they can't crawl, and they can't cite what they don't understand.
Technical audits run on Screaming Frog (crawl mapping, bottleneck diagnosis), Semrush (entity strength, competitive gaps) and SEObility (technical debt inventory). On-page work is hands-on: keyword targeting, schema, Core Web Vitals. Off-page strategy is owned in-house; link execution goes to partners who specialize in it.
Search is fracturing. Google fragments answers; AI tools surface citations before a user ever hits a results page. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) are how a brand stays visible across that split — in Google's AI Overviews, in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and whatever comes next.
I structure content and entities so the brand is positioned to be cited by AI, not just ranked by Google. Answer engines reward specificity and schema depth; generative engines reward entity understanding, authority signals and multi-format presence. AEO and GEO emerged in earnest in H2 2025 — newer territory, and I say so. I apply them in current client work, testing how content surfaces across the major AI tools and refining from what I find.
Articles and landing pages — created, edited, updated and maintained. WordPress is my preferred stack, but the workflow ports cleanly to whatever CMS your team already runs. Most recent proof: a full legacy PHP/HTML → WordPress migration, shipped with technical SEO and GA4 built in.
Social strategy planned and executed end to end across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, plus internal and external branding — recces, activations and stakeholder communication. Creatives in Canva and PowerPoint (intermediate); conversant in Adobe Creative Cloud, but I brief designers rather than pretend to be one.
Execution-level command of Google Ads (Search, PMax) & Meta — campaign setup, optimization and CPL improvement — measured through GA4/GTM and reported in Looker Studio. Currently completing Illinois Tech's digital marketing certificate, and I say so out loud.
"Every audit starts with one question:
Diagnostic before prescription
where does the bucket leak?"
Because a good diagnosis is the only honest starting point. Screaming Frog, Semrush and SEObility build the complete picture of your search infrastructure — crawl health, keyword gaps, technical debt, on-page visibility. The audit shows where the leaks are. You decide what to fix, what to leave, and whether I execute or your team does.
After the audit, execution is priced by scope — a one-time technical overhaul costs differently than an ongoing content-and-entity retainer. Either way, you'll know exactly what you're paying for before you pay it. Availability and fit get settled on a short 1:1 call.
The preliminary audit covers the full stack. It's free, and it's specific.
